Travel Gators Liability Waiver & Release of Claims

Please read carefully. By purchasing a seat or participating in any Travel Gators one‑day bus trip, you agree to the following Liability Waiver & Release.

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand and acknowledge that my participation in a Travel Gators one‑day bus trip operated by Hawkins Horizons LLC (“Company”) is completely voluntary. By joining the trip, I choose to participate of my own free will.

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand that travel and group activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Transportation delays or mechanical issues

• Accidents or injuries while entering, exiting, or riding on the bus

• Slips, trips, falls, or other hazards at venues or stops

• Illness, food reactions, or environmental exposure

• Weather‑related conditions

• Actions or negligence of other participants or third‑party vendors

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the trip, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.

3. Release of Liability

In consideration for being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge:

Hawkins Horizons LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, volunteers, and partners

from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from:

• Personal injury

• Illness

• Property damage

• Accidents

• Delays

• Emotional distress

• Death

• Any other loss related to participation in the trip

This release applies to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.

4. Third‑Party Vendors

I understand that Hawkins Horizons LLC may utilize third‑party providers, including but not limited to:

• Motor coach companies

• Casinos

• Restaurants

• Attractions

• Event venues

I acknowledge that the Company is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any third‑party vendor or their employees.

5. Medical Authorization & Responsibility

I certify that I am physically able to participate in the trip and do not have any condition that would create risk for myself or others.

If I experience a medical emergency, I authorize Hawkins Horizons LLC to:

• Seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf

• Contact emergency services

• Make decisions in my best interest until I am able to do so

I agree that all medical expenses incurred are my sole responsibility.

6. Personal Property

I understand that I am responsible for my own belongings at all times. Hawkins Horizons LLC is not liable for:

• Lost items

• Stolen items

• Damaged items

• Items left behind on the bus or at any venue

7. Conduct & Removal

I agree to behave respectfully and safely throughout the trip. I understand that the Company may remove me from the trip without refund if my behavior is:

• Disruptive

• Dangerous

• Intoxicated

• Illegal

• Harassing or threatening

8. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hawkins Horizons LLC from any claims, damages, legal fees, or expenses arising from:

• My actions

• My negligence

• My failure to follow instructions

• My violation of any law or venue policy

9. Photography & Media Release

I grant Hawkins Horizons LLC permission to use photos or videos taken during the trip for marketing purposes unless I submit a written opt‑out before departure.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of images.

10. Governing Law & Venue

This Liability Waiver & Release is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Brevard County, Florida.

11. Acknowledgment

By purchasing a ticket, checking the acknowledgment box, or boarding the bus, I confirm that:

• I have read and understand this Liability Waiver & Release

• I voluntarily agree to all terms

• I understand that this waiver limits my legal rights
