About Hawkins Horizons LLC
Hawkins Horizons LLC proudly operates Travel Gators one‑day bus trips throughout Florida and beyond. Our goal is to provide safe, enjoyable, and well‑organized travel experiences for our guests. To ensure clarity and protect both you and our company, the following Terms & Conditions apply to all Travel Gators bus trips.
1. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required to reserve your seat.
Seats are non‑transferable except as permitted under the Transfer Policy.
Hawkins Horizons LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or operational reasons.
2. Guest Cancellations
Cancellation Schedule
30 days or more before departure: Credit toward a future bus trip (valid for 12 months).
29 days or fewer before departure: No refund.
Transfers
You may transfer your seat to another person at no charge if written notice is provided at least 14 days before departure and the new participant signs all required documents.
Additional Notes
Refunds or credits are not issued for no‑shows or late arrivals.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hawkinshorizonsllc@gmail.com. Please put in the Subject Line the Date of the trip and Cancellation.
3. Company Cancellations
Hawkins Horizons LLC may cancel any trip due to insufficient bookings, force majeure (including weather, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions), or safety concerns.
If the company cancels, you will receive your choice of:
A full refund, or
A credit toward a future trip
The company is not responsible for incidental expenses (e.g., meals, lodging, transportation) incurred due to cancellation.
4. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own coverage. Hawkins Horizons LLC does not sell or administer insurance.
5. Check‑In & Identification
Guests must:
Arrive at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time
Present a valid government‑issued photo ID
If you miss departure, the company is not obligated to provide a refund or alternative transportation.
6. Guest Conduct
Guests must behave respectfully toward others and staff. Hawkins Horizons LLC reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, intoxicated, or illegal — without refund.
7. Photography & Media
By participating, you grant Hawkins Horizons LLC permission to use photos or videos taken during the trip for marketing purposes unless you submit a written opt‑out before departure.
Guests waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of images or recordings.
8. Itinerary Changes
The company may modify the itinerary due to weather, venue availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Substituted activities will be of comparable value.
9. Liability, Assumption of Risk & Indemnification
Travel involves inherent risks, including transportation delays, accidents, illness, and weather events. By joining a trip, you voluntarily assume all such risks.
Hawkins Horizons LLC is not responsible for acts or omissions of third‑party vendors (bus companies, venues, restaurants, etc.).
Guests are responsible for their own medical needs and expenses. In case of emergency, the company may seek medical assistance at the guest’s expense.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hawkins Horizons LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the trip.
Company liability is limited to the total amount paid by the guest for the trip.
10. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Brevard County, Florida.
